Upon making the decision to put our house on the market we interviewed with a couple of Real Estates, Rob Whiting was one of the Agents we interviewed, after weighing up the pros and cons from each Real Estate we ended up selecting another agent, one that does not do open homes or suggest advertising.

During this time our house was on the market for 60 days and we were not satisfied with the level of service we were receiving, so at the end of our contract we contacted Rob to meet up with us again and run through a few ideas.

Robs tactics was the complete opposite of what we originally went with and we were hesitant however we were determined to sell our house so we decided to sign up and “give it a go” we had nothing to loose.

Rob was very positive and encouraging, he was extremely honest up front and didn’t tell us “what we wanted to hear” just to get us on board, we were hesitant with some of his ideas, however he talked through our concerns and by the end we trusted his judgement and it paid off.

On our first advertised open home we had 5 groups of people view our home and another 5 groups through the second open home.  The person who has bought our home was one of the 5 groups from the very first advertised open home, very impressive especially in the market these days!

Rob communication was exceptional, he was in touch at least every second day and provided excellent feedback and reports on the viewers of our home.

I was extremely impressed with Rob’s dedication, enthusiasm and his constant communication, with the service he provided it felt like we were the only ones with a house listed with him, without Rob on board I don’t believe our house would have sold so quickly or in fact sold at all.  Rob was aware what our house was worth and succeeded in selling it for the best possible price.   I have no hesitation in recommending Rob for either Selling or Buying, I know that for any future property dealings, Rob Whiting will be my number one choice.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Rob Whiting for his assistance in the sale of flat4 Waringa Court. As an overseas vendor it’s difficult to keep an eye on market trends and to know when the right time to sell is. Through statistical evidence and comparable sales, Rob gave me the confidence to put my property to market.
